Dr. Harbans Kaur Sagoo (Resident of Flat No. 112)
M.A, M.Phil, Ph.D, Post-Doctorate. An eminent academician with nearly 40 years of service at S.G.N.D. Khalsa College, University of Delhi, where she retired as Vice Principal. Author of 45 books on Sikh History, Culture, and Philosophy.
Recipient of numerous awards from the Punjabi Academy (Delhi) and various national and international institutions. A Fellow of Punjabi University, Patiala, she currently serves as Director of Sikh History and Gurbani Forum (SHAGF) at Guru Gobind Singh Bhawan, Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib, New Delhi.

Dr. Sudha Ramavat MBBS, MS (Resident of Flat No. 151)

Over 40 years of teaching in medical colleges and 20 years as a practicing physician. Former Head of Anatomy Department in Mauritius. Author of 3 books and 20+ short stories. A strong voice for women’s representation and community well-being.

Mr. Kuldeep Pakad (IAS Retd.) (Resident of Flat No. 372)
MA in History & Indian Culture from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Retired IAS officer with 36 years of service in Rajasthan Police, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, and Union Territories. A dedicated voice for member rights since 2012. Elected President of NTO-CGHS in 2019, he continues to fight for genuine regularisation and protection of member interests.

M.Com, MBA (Business Administration) with over 35 years of experience in national and multinational companies as Chief Accounts Manager. Merchant Navy Captain with 33 years of global maritime experience, including 20+ years in Command. Currently serving on international oil & chemical tankers, and has visited over 120 countries through his career.
